Where do you ship to?
We provide free shipping worldwide — including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and most other regions.
Will I need to pay import tax or tariffs on my order?
- United States: No. We use prepaid import tax shipping, so your order arrives directly to your door — no extra fees, no surprises.
- Other countries: For most destinations, we declare packages as gifts with a low declared value. In most cases, no import tax applies. If it does, the fee is typically minimal.
How long will it take to get my order?
As a start-up brand, we currently adopt a made-to-order approach to better manage inventory and reduce waste.
Production takes approximately 10–15 business days, followed by 7–14 business days for international delivery, depending on your location.
How can I return a product?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, simply email support@nomadapt.com with your order number and reason for return — our team will respond within 24 hours with detailed instructions.
Please note:
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- As each piece is made to order, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We encourage thoughtful purchases — but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We’re truly sorry if your item arrives damaged or defective — that’s not the NOMADAPT standard.
Please contact us at support@nomadapt.com within 3 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, and you won’t need to cover any shipping costs.
Every piece goes through multiple rounds of quality inspection before shipment, but if something slips through, we’ll take care of it — no hesitation, no hassle.
Where is my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s completed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If it’s been longer than 10 business days since your return was delivered, please reach out to us at support@nomadapt.com, and we’ll check the status for you right away.
